Acupuncture

At 3 Birds Acupuncture & Wellness, we believe true healing comes from caring for the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), acupuncture is a gentle, time-honored therapy that supports the body’s natural ability to heal, restore balance, and promote lasting wellness.

In TCM, health is connected to the balanced flow of Qi (vital energy) throughout the body. When this flow is disrupted, discomfort, stress, and illness can occur. Acupuncture helps restore balance by addressing the root patterns behind your concerns—not just the symptoms.

Each treatment is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs, lifestyle, and wellness goals. Acupuncture may help relieve pain, reduce stress, improve sleep, support digestion, regulate hormones, strengthen immunity, and promote emotional well-being.

Whether you’re seeking relief, recovery, or greater balance in your life, we provide a safe and compassionate space to support you on your healing journey.

Cupping

Cupping is a traditional healing therapy used to support circulation, relieve muscle tension, and promote relaxation. Using gentle suction created by specialized cups placed on the skin, cupping helps encourage blood flow, release tight muscles, and support the body’s natural healing processes.

Cupping may be beneficial for muscle aches, stiffness, stress, fatigue, and recovery from physical activity. This therapy can be used on its own or combined with acupuncture as part of a personalized wellness treatment.
